Hot Springs Hiking Adventures is founded by local resident and avid hiker, Alexandra after many trekking adventures over the past decade.​

One of the main reasons I chose to move from a big city to Hot Springs was due to the all the trails and hiking opportunities. That said, the very first time I went on a morning hike determined to complete the Sunset loop, I was underprepared, got lost and after feeling defeated I had told myself I would never hike these trails again. It took another year before I attempted it again, and now I'm on these trails daily. In 2024, I thought it would be nice to have a longer hike option for visitors to the National Park who enjoy an outside adventure, which is when I started considering this project. The mission is to provide visitors with an enjoyable and engaging day trek so that they will leave the National Park with a memorable experience. I am also passionate about public lands and plan to support our National Park through this local project.
